Thank you for shopping with us . This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within India.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to 26,000+ pin codes across India through our courier partners.

While we strive to cover the entire country, deliveries to certain remote regions, including parts of the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, and island territories, may require an additional 3–5 business days.


2. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Our shipping process includes two stages:

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. This includes order verification, product preparation, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time:
Once dispatched, orders typically delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on the delivery location.

We ship orders using trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
A small flat fee may be applied to Cash on Delivery orders to cover additional courier handling costs.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email and WhatsApp, which will include:

  • Your AWB (Airway Bill) number

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain efficient delivery operations and reduce Return to Origin (RTO) cases:

  • COD orders may require confirmation via phone call or message before dispatch.

  • Please ensure that the exact payment amount is available at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in COD restrictions on future orders from our store.


6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failed delivery attempts (usually after 3 attempts by the courier)

We may offer the following options:

  • Re-shipping the order after payment of an additional shipping fee

  • Refunding prepaid orders, excluding the original shipping cost (if applicable)
